Usually takes between 20-30 min. We make it short without rushing. We understand the value of your time.
Do you bring all your equipment and supplies?
Most of the time customers prefer to provide their own supplies and equipment. We do what is convenient for them.
Does your company carry insurance?
We are fully insured, licensed and registered with the State of Colorado.
What happens if we handle sensitive and confidential information at the office or home?
We encourage our customers to provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement for our staff to sign. Also, PureStart is aligned to.
What will it cost?
Yes, we do, and we love doing it! We have a great discount for new customers, and we provide small discounts for successful referrals.
Do you run any discounts or referral programs?
We consider the level of effort, the square footage, and more, but we highly consider the time it will take. We charge per cleaning, although the total cost depends on all the factors mentioned above.
