We urge all our clients and potential clients to review and meticulously read this section. We aim for a high and respectful business relationship with our clients; therefore, it is important to understand how we operate and what to expect from our services/team. Your satisfaction and trust are non-negotiable for us.
Our Privacy Policy outlines the terms of collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
We will not use or share any information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at PureStartLLC.com.
PERFORMANCE.
The Parties agree to do all the necessary to ensure that the terms take effect. The Client agrees to comply with all these General Terms and Conditions by scheduling or continuing with PureStart Cleaning services.
Service specifics such as the location, rates, covered areas, additional services, and guarantees will be outlined in the estimate given to the Client by PureStart LLC. The service will be carried out in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines set by PureStart LLC, both parties in agreement.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE/PRIVACY
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to: Name, Email address, Telephone number, Address, etc.
We will not share any Client information with any outside source.
For training, quality check purposes, and our records, we may take pictures in the Client’s home, but we will never share them with any outside source. If we want to use some pictures of our work for marketing purposes, we will always ask for the Client’s permission to use them publicly.
BACKGROUND.
The Client is of the opinion that the Cleaner has the necessary qualifications, experience, knowledge, and abilities to provide services to the Client.
The Cleaner is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set prior.
CLEANER’S DUTIES.
Cleaner agrees to perform work for the Client on the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, and agrees to devote all necessary time, attention, and quality, within reason and under the schedule or service hours previously agreed on by both parties. Some of the duties include but not limited to clean and sanitize private properties, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, brushing, vacuuming, wiping, and empty and clean waste cans, etc.
The bid provides (attached to this contract) more specific information regarding the cleaning techniques and tasks to be completed.
The services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on.
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.
The Client and The Cleaner are obligated to fulfill by responsibilities and payment the period selected on clause 4. If The Client wishes to terminate the services prior to the period selected on clause 4, The Client must carry the payments through the end of the time established and agreed on.
CLEANING SCHEDULE/SERVICE HOURS.
The Client hereby agrees to engage the Cleaner to perform work under the dates and times convenient for both Parties.
COMPENSATION OF CLEANING SCHEDULE/SERVICE HOURS.
The Cleaner agrees to provide the Client with the benefit of three (3) make ups per year due to any inconvenient or difficulty the Client may encounter.
The Client agrees to adjust the schedule or set cleaning appointments if the cleaner presents a justified excuse of absence. The Cleaner agrees to provide a new date to cover the services missed or skipped.
For missing cleaning services, The Cleaner and The Client agree on set a new date or the make-up date in the next seven (7) days after the missed service date. If The Cleaner for any reason does not complete the cleaning on the next seven (7) days, this cleaning will be omitted and waived. The Client will not be charged. If The Client for any reason cannot proposed a new date for The Cleaner to complete the service on the next seven (7) days, this cleaning will not be omitted and will not be waived. The Client will be charged, therefore must pay.
CANCELLATION.
The Client agrees to provide 72 hours written cancellation notice via email and via text message. If The Client fails to notify The Cleaner ahead of time, 72 hours prior to the next service, The Client will be charging a full price, and no service make-up will be granted. The Client agrees to pay the service in full if canceling the service without contemplating the 72 hours period.
The Cleaner agrees to provide 72 hours written cancellation notice via email and text message. The cleaner must provide notice contemplating the 72 hours period along with the new date to reschedule the service.
HOLIDAYS.
PureStart, LLC., respects the value and meaning of the federal holidays. For this reason, PureStart LLC, will celebrate and observe any Holiday listed on the calendar year.
Due to clause 9.A.; The Client agrees to not receive any type of service on a holiday. No cleaning services will be provided on a holiday. No payments are required from The Client for no services completed on a holiday. Although, if The Client requests to have the cleaning service completed on a holiday, the fee for that cleaning will be adjusted to 2.5 times of the original fee. If The Client requests to reschedule the service cleaning, it must be rescheduled to the earliest day, that is convenient for both parties. Both parties must agree on the day and time. The fee for the rescheduled cleaning will be adjusted to 2 times of the original fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER.
In the event of inclement weather, PureStar LLC uses NOAA Graphical Forecast for Colorado as guideline to determinate if the services must be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation taking place, the cleaning service will be rescheduled within the next 10 days.
PAYMENT AMOUNT.
The client agrees to pay the Cleaner for the compensation or “Payment Amount” for the duties performed under the agreement.
PAYMENT METHOD.
The Payment Amount shall be paid by the payment method choose by the client.
The client must:
- Quote invoice number when remitting funds.
- Pay within 5 business days from the date of invoice, overdue fee of $100 will be charged on delayed payments. 5 business days apply for domestic and move-in/move-out cleanings, and one-time cleanings.
- Pay within 15 business days from the date of invoice, overdue fee of $100 will be charged on delayed payments. 15 business days apply for commercial cleanings.
- Rejected or bounced payment will incur a fee of $100.
- PureStart, LLC does not require nor prohibit any extra pay or tip. Tips are a benefit offered by the client at his/her/their own discretion.
FACILITY ACCESS.
If the Cleaner meets any trouble or problem to enter the facility, preventing the cleaner to enter to perform the service. The Client agrees to pay the Cleaner, regardless of if the service was completed or not completed. The service provider values everyone’s time.
The Cleaner will not wait for access outside of the facility. The access instructions must be provided prior to the service; therefore, The Cleaner can commence the service without interruptions.
The Client agrees and must facilitate the Cleaner with the correct instructions and steps to enter and leave the facility. Instructions must be provided via e-mail.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We shall update our Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions periodically. We assure you that you will be notified if any change takes place.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy/Terms and condition section at times. Changes to this Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page. Be aware of the revised date at the top and the status of this section.
